CMS: Content management system allows the business owners and administrative staff to be able to change, add and delete the text content as well as Images on their website. This feature also allows them to be able to add / modify pages in future. CMS works instantaneous and any changes done can be published immediately to the public. We recommend using an Open source CMS system that has the capability to customize the tool based on Business Owner’s requirements.
Contact Us System: This will allow customers to fill their information for Business Owner to contact them at later point. The contact information will be sent to administrator in email along with that, it will be stored in Online Database where Business Owner can access it. Also, we will capture the services that the Business Owner is interested in.
Newsletter System: will allow Business Owner to publish Newsletters to their subscribers on different aspect of Business Owner’s services. This tool can be very helpful to continue building the constant touch and potential of getting more leads. The Newsletter will not be posted on public site but only be accessible to those who have provided their email address.
Referral Tracking System: This feature will allow Customers to refer their friends and family for Business Owner’s Services. They will be able to create an a/c and manage the referrals they provided. When referral converts to customer, Business Owner can provide them a service credit or gift card for future services. This will encourage happy customers to continue using Business Owner’s services and refer others.
Testimonial Workflow System: Quacito will design the testimonial flow for Business Owner so that the customers can write testimonials at the site but it will require admin approval to publish. The location of the testimonial will be decided at the time of website design.
Appointment Management System: It will allow patients to view their appointments, schedule or reschedule appointments and also allow them to cancel the appointment, if given enough notice. This feature will reduce significant number of phone calls and help reduce cost and staff to be more productive.
Lead Management System: allows the sales and marketing team to share leads and manage the leads along with online CRM, reporting and revenue projections.
Smart FAQ Workflow: will allow customers to search for any questions from the smart repository of FAQ. If the question is not answered in the predefined FAQ section then they will have option to ask the expert, this will allow Business Owner’s staff to answer the question to the user and also allow them to publish this response in FAQ for future references. This will provide significant amount of extra time in long run from not answering simple repeat questions and allow the staff to be more efficient.
Mobile / Smart Phone Site: Quacito will create a mobile site; this will be used for smart phones which will be the trim down version of the real website. This site will allow customer to easily use features of the Business Owner’s website on their smart phones without waiting for download of images and layout distortion etc.
Targeted Email System: this feature will allow Business Owner to be able to send emails to selected group from marketing database. Quacito will also allow feature where receiver of email can choose to OPT-OUT for future emails, this will send an email to admin and they can mark the particular email account in the database to Opt-out.
Customer Relationship Management System: to create secured access to Business Owner’s customers so that they can access their account, appointments and one-to-one communication with the Business Owner.
Promtions/Specials Management : This module helps Business Owners to display the promotions/specials on their website. Customers can either print it or get the code and apply towards their purchase. Promotions can have expiration date and system will automatically disable once the promotion expires.
